DKCC Changes to Address the Corona Pandemic

Our office at 335 Waterloo Street will continue to remain open with the following restriction: we ask that you stay outside after making your presence known to us, and wait until the previous client leaves before entering the office. Because our reception area is small, please wear a mask. We have a supply of complimentary masks for clients. To facilitate this process, you are welcome to call or email us before visiting to provide as much information in advance. You can complete payments over the phone or our website. This will minimize contact.

We are now sanitizing all computers and IT equipment coming in or out of the office.

We will continue to offer remote troubleshooting, support, and classes. Whenever possible, it would be best to shift house calls to remote assistance; when necessary, we will provide on-site support.

Want to help our small business get through this crisis? Buy a gift card for yourself or a friend! If you buy one now, we will offer a 10% bonus, meaning for $100 you get a $110 gift card.

For now, our newsletter will come more frequently with tips and helpful information about technology, as well as local news and efforts that might help during this COVID-19 crisis.
Please encourage others to sign up for the newsletter so it can help more people during “social distancing”.

Please contact us via email at klaus@dokklaus.com or through our revamped website www.dokklaus.com. Increased remote work may put you on hold longer. If it’s too long, please leave a message and include a good time to call you. We will try to get back to ASAP.

Let’s all work together to maximize social distancing efforts and minimize the ways this virus can spread! Thanks for your understanding, so Dok Klaus Computer Care can continue to stay open for your IT needs during this crisis.
