Not sure what would be best for your needs and budget?
Whether by email, over the phone, or in person, Dok’s Team takes the time to listen to you and help you make a decision about the best computer fit for you. We keep a small stock of select laptops on hand; one of these might be right for you. If not, we can help you decide on optimal specs for your computer usage and find options within your budget.
Once we have your new computer (and if needed, your old computer data), we can set it up for you (with or without data and basic programs such as antivirus protection and browsers). Complicated setups usually involve more consultation time. Book an Appointment
Custom Built Desktops
One of our techs loves building and optimizing custom desktops. He will listen to your questions, analyze the project, and help you find solutions to fit your needs and budget. He can also look at an existing build and troubleshoot any hardware and/or software issues it is having and then report back to you in a consultation.

Classes
Checkout Training Sessions
Company founder Klaus Fuechsel made it his mission to talk the “language of the client.” We aim to explain things in a straightforward, easy-to-remember manner. When you pick up your unit, one of our team members can offer a brief training session to ensure you are satisfied with our services. This can include deciding on future steps for IT projects, answering questions, and explaining the fixes we have applied to your system. For longer consultations, we ask that you schedule an after-hours appointment.
Personal Classes
Computers and the internet are constantly changing and evolving. While some of the changes might make sense to you, others can create hours of frustration. We’re here to help!
We offer 1-on-1, personalized instruction on a wide range of topics, including Windows settings and applications, new browser features, helpful applications like Google Docs, switching email services, how to avoid scams, and navigating new versions of Windows. Appointments are available at our office after 5 pm on weekdays and Saturday afternoons. If you would rather learn in your home or office environment, we can send out our house call specialist to assist you between 9-5 pm on weekdays. Book an Appointment.
Group Classes
The DKCC team occasionally offers classes for 6-12 people on computer and IT security basics. We are also designing a basic video curriculum that can be purchased online.
